Well I finally got to hit the ice again today,I went down to long beach around the corner from firehole and got into the rainbows pretty good today. I caught 8 fish and kept 4 - 18" ers for the smoker. The rest were about 14 to 16". I caught them on a spoon jigging about a foot from the bottom in about 12' of water. I would have to say I had 4 on the ice within an hour and caught the rest within 2 hours after that. I hope everyone is being safe and getting to enjoy the ice while we can....good luck and good fishing!!!!!!
